I would highly recommend Wence House. I have always enjoyed the outside patio ambiance. The food is superb I've tried the salmon salad with prawns, garlic bread, salmon tacos, coconut shrimp, mac & cheese, chicken sandwiches, and a few other menu items and never disappointed. The service is excellent, although I've been blessed to have Laura most of the time. But the whole staff have been attentive and very pleasant. Thank you for your all-around wonderful dining experience you provide me with when I dine there. It is Always Consistent & Amazing

I can't count how many times I've driven by this place. We finally decided to give it a shot and try it out. It has a nice ambiance, whether you're having an intimate dinner or with a group. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated. Our waiter was upbeat and had great energy. We got Oysters as an appetizer. The oysters were fresh and delicious. For dinner I got a ribeye steak and my wife got the pork chop. The steak was perfectly cooked to my liking of medium rare, served with horseradish along with carrots, squash and mashed potatoes. The sides were perfectly cooked not too soft not too hard. The only thing I didn't like about the steak was that it lacked flavor. It tasted like it was sous vide and thrown on the grill without any salt or pepper. The horse radish they used was very good. I typically don't like horse radish but their's was relatively mild and had great flavor. The pork chop was seasoned and cooked nicely, my wife and I enjoyed it. It came with asparagus that was also well prepared and tasted magnificent. The waiter recommended the pear pudding and I am glad we gave it a shot. It was served warm with a vanilla gelato on top. It was rich with flavor and not overly sweet. We would definitely get this again. Overall we had a nice dinner. The only downside was the lack of flavor on the steak. For a $48 dollar steak it tasted more like a steak I would get at a diner for a fraction of the price. Another thing I did not enjoy was the restroom appeared as though it was not regularly cleaned and had a foul lingering odor.

Great spot to eat with the family after a day picking fruit in Brentwood! Lots of options on the kids meal, easy fish tacos for the gluten free crowd, and the steak burger was excellent.

I have been here two different times and both were incredible. First visit I enjoyed the jambalaya. Perfection. A savory mouth watering type of dish. Great shrimp and chicken with andouille sausage over penne pasta. So delicious. Also had Gnocchi with a creamy pesto sauce. Oh my!! Sooo good. Took the bread and made sure to wipe the dish clean the sauce was so good. Also enjoyed a house salad and started everything with bruschetta. Second time in had the steak sandwich which has blue cheese crumbles spread inside with garlic fries. Which reminded me at the ball game. They were excellent. Also had the caprese chicken sandwich with truffle fries. Very tasty. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Very beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere. The service is excellent. Very welcoming and attentive to all guests. They work as a team giving you and your family a wonderful experience. Stop in and enjoy a great drink from the bar maybe even watch a game. But most of all have an amazing lunch or dinner.
